Out of Hand
In collaboration with Rabbet, petz projects presents its inaugural exhibition Out of Hand. The first solo show by London-based artist Lianne Milward, Out of Hand highlights Milward’s latest work examining lockdown through the individual experience of habits, obsessions and rituals.
Through her immersive multi-channel installation, Contraction (2023), and accompanying drawings, Milward pinpoints the surreal nature of our lives during the COVID-19 pandemic: how the repetition and variation of everyday actions suddenly became strange and unfamiliar.
